Content of Zn²⁺ in the subcellular organelles of LNCaP cells

The subcellular organelles were isolated by a refrigerated centrifuge and measured by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Cells were treated with 80 μmol/L EGCG for 24 h and cells without treatment were considered as control. Data were expressed as mean±SE of at least three times.
