MIP of a 20-μm-thick 3D stack image of the neocortex with astrocytes labeled with SR101 (red) and cortical vasculature stained with FITC (green). The data set has a FOV of 233 × 233 μm2 and it consists of 20 frames acquired at 1-μm increments (Media 2). The imaging depth is 200 μm below the cortical surface. Scale bar is 100 μm.
