B: The injury epicenter was identified using DAPI immunofluorescent staining within the PE-CAM1-stained sections. C: While there was a trend toward an increase in blood vessel length at regions 1 mm rostral and caudal to the lesion, this difference was not statistically significant (One-way ANOVA: F = 1.87, p = 0.17).
