The effects of NT-3 overexpression on ON-OFF RGC dendritic structure persist at P28. (A) Whereas NT-3 OE did not change the dendritic field size of ON RGCs double-labeled with SMI-32, it decreased the dendritic field size of ON-OFF RGCs double-labeled with SMI-32.
