On subsequent imaging of Patient 7 on November 2007, interval development of multiple enhancing dural masses involving the posterior falx, tentorium, posterior fossa, and the left middle cranial fossa have been discovered (a, b, c). She subsequently received an additional 3060 cGy to her craniospinal axis March 2008. She has had marked improvement in her balance, coordination, and fine motor skills in both hands and improved on her subsequent MRI August 2008 (d, e, f)
