Protein gel blot analysis of TaCM protein in wheat basal second internodes. Protein extracted from wheat stem tissues was separated by SDS-PAGE, blotted to nitrocellulose membranes and probed with monospecific polyclonal antisera raised against alfalfa COMT protein.
