nMOMP was purified from C. trachomatis serovar A strain A2497 infected cells. The purity of the immunogen and its heat-labile trimeric state were evaluated by SDS-PAGE followed by Coomassie staining or immunoblotting with or without boiling. (A) Coomassie staining of nMOMP.
