Table I.

Protein translation-related proteins identified in the aggresome-enriched fraction of HEK293 cells exposed to Cd2+. Proteomic data of the DB-insoluble fraction of HEK293 cells cultured in the presence or absence of Cd2+ were compared. Listed here are the components of protein translation machinery. The ratio of identified peptides for each protein (Agg/Ctrl) between the Cd2+-treated sample (Agg _peptides) and the control (Ctrl_peptides) was calculated.
