Transfer of GM-CSF^−/− bone marrow cells into airways of naïve mice. GM-CSF^−/− bone marrow cells from 2- mo-old mice were labeled with 5-(and 6)-carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester (CSFE) and placed into airways of normal C57BL6 mice.
