Dexamethasone (Dex) and Fas ligand (Fas) were combined with sHA 14-1 (sHA) at a fixed dose ratio (molar ratio of sHA 14-1: Dex = 1:10,000 and ratio of sHA 14-1: Fas = 20,000 M:1 g/ml respectively) to treat the cells and cell viability was assessed by Cell-Titer Blue Viability Assay or long-term survival colony assay. Data were analyzed as described. Data shown are means ± S.D. of the CI values obtained at the IC₅₀, 0.75 × IC₅₀, and 0.5 × IC₅₀.
