Increased engrailed protein products in HPRT-deficient MN9D sublines. Immunoblot for engrailed 1 and engrailed 2 protein products in normal and all 10 HPRT− MN9D sublines HPRT, using the 86.6 antiserum, revealed both engrailed 1 (54 kDa) and engrailed 2 (45 kDa). The first 10 lanes show results for the mutant sublines (AG2, AG5, AG6, AG8, AG10, TG1, TG2, TG3, TG4, TG5), while the last lane (P) shows results for the parent line. A similar banding pattern was observed for three independent immunoblots. The locations of molecular weight markers are shown to the left.
