(A) Proteins from the saline treated lobe were conjugated to Cy3 (shown in green) and protein from the LPS treated lobe were conjugated to Cy5 (shown in red). (B) Proteins from the saline treated lobe were conjugated to Cy5 (shown in red) and protein from the LPS treated lobe were conjugated to Cy3 (shown in green). Relative changes in protein expression were of identical direction and similar magnitude regardless of which dye was used to label proteins.
