B: Alignment of the rabbit deduced amino acid sequence with the human P2Y₂-R sequence is displayed. Identical amino acids are shaded. Protein database searches revealed that the deduced sequence had the highest amino acid identity with human P2Y₂-R (93%). These sequences are available under GenBank accession number EU886321 (rabbit) and NP_788086.1 (human).
