Cultured mouse podocytes were incubated for 3 minutes with fibronectin after which a decrease of pY892 was found in Western blot analysis of whole podocyte cell lysates (right panel), whereas the total amount of β-dystroglycan was not affected (left panel). Total β-dystroglycan was probed with NCL-BDG and pY892 was probed with anti-pY892.
