The intensity of NBCn1 was normalized to that of β-actin (n = 3). (C) LDH release from neurons infected with siRNA/ns control lentivirus. Neurons were incubated in media at pH 6.3 or 7.2 for 6 h and LDH release was determined by measuring the medium absorbance at 490 nm. The absorbance value from cell lysis represents the total LDH release from neurons lysed with 1% Triton X-100, and the value from medium is the background without cells.
