Effect of GA239 on the strongly destabilized UbG76V-GFP and Ub-R-GFP. Lysates of HeLa cells expressing the UbG76V-GFP and Ub-R-GFP reporters and their GA239-containing counterparts were analyzed in Western blots with a polyclonal anti-GFP antibody. The transfected cells were incubated for 10 h without (−) or with (+) 10 μM Z-L3-VS. The GFP products are indicated.
