Tumour protection induced by Theratope is mediated by humoral response. Wild-type Balb/c mice (A) or mice deficient in antibody secretion (μMT) (B) were immunised with Theratope or KLH (negative control). Tumour-free survival was analysed combining two independent experiments including 20 and 24 animals per group for A and B respectively and is represented with a Kaplan–Meier graph and statistical significance was calculated using the Breslow test.
