(B) Csp24 co-precipitates with 14-3-3 protein. Co-precipitation of Csp24 and 14-3-3 protein is shown by the western blots generated from a non reducing gel of anti-14-3-3 immunoprecipitates probed with anti-Csp24 antibody. The blots of the lysate samples indicate relative levels of Csp24. Three nervous systems were used in each of the four replications.
