Comparison of neutralization of HIV-1 primary isolates from different clades by IgG m46 and T20 measured by a pseudovirus-based assay using cell lines with different CCR5 surface concentrations.

Various concentrations of IgG m46 and T20 were mixed with viruses pseudotyped with the Env from different clades of HIV-1 for 30 minutes at 37°C and mixed with cells expressing high or low CCR5 concentrations in triplicate wells. The IC50 (in nM) was calculated as described in Table 5.
