The fraction of the genome altered (FGA) against the clinical course (progression/no progression), separately for copy number changes (left) and LOH (right). Ranksum-tests for difference in FGA between progressing and non-progressing tumors for all tumors (n = 48) and for stage T1 tumors only (n = 33) showed no significant difference.
