ΔΔG k_on (a) and ΔΔG k_off (b) versus ΔΔG for the 18 measured point mutations with kinetics values in Table 1, with values defined as follows: ΔΔG k_on = RT*ln(k_{on_wt}/ k_{on_mut}), ΔΔG k_off = RT*ln(k_{off_mut}/ k_{off_wt}), and ΔΔG = RT*ln(K_{D_mut}/ K_{D_wt}) = RT*(ln(k_{on_wt}/k_{on_mut}) + ln(k_{off_mut}/k_{off_wt})) = ΔΔG k_on + ΔΔG k_off. The correlations are: a) 0.15 and b) 0.87.
