Antioxidant activity of CAME in Th cells. EL4 cells were incubated with either CDA (A) or CAME (B) for 24 h and additionally stimulated with PMA and ionomycin for 2 h. Cells were incubated with DCFDA and analysed by FACS Calibur. Numbers in the records show DCFDA-positive cells as % of live cells in the M1 gate (as shown; CellQuest software).
