Inhibitory effects of increasing i.p. doses of A-940894 and JNJ7777120 on zymosan-induced, mouse peritoneal neutrophil myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) levels in mice. MPO activity (units·mL−1 lavage) and levels of PGD2 (ng·mL−1) were determined as described in Methods. Data represent the means ± SEM for five animals per group.
