(B) Effects of F 15845 (10−7 mol·L−1–10−4 mol·L−1) on veratridine-induced persistent sodium current evoked by a depolarizing step from a holding potential of −80 to −10 mV. Total quantity of charge (area under the curve) which represented the persistent sodium current was obtained at the end of 3 min superfusion and was determined with respect to stabilized baseline values.
