Equal amount of lipid for each strain was loaded to Silica-TLC and resolved using hexane-diethyl ether-formic acid (90∶10∶1, v/v/v) solvent system. Lipids were visualized by charring for 10 min at 180°C after spraying with dichromate-sulfuric acid.
