Cultures of Mtb at 9 day in multiple-stress were treated with antibiotic for 5 days. Viable cells surviving the antibiotic treatment were allowed to grow for 5 days by 200-fold dilution into media without antibiotic. The viable cells were quantified using Alamar Blue dye as described in Materials and Methods.
