For each gene, the changes in wild-type M. tuberculosis relative to the levels for the Δ-σ^H mutant in the pre-diamide stress samples and the 90-min-PDS samples are shown, along with standard deviations. Statistical significance was assigned using the ANOVA function within the S⁺ ArrayAnalyzer script.
