Far-Western analysis of ResD-Fnr interaction. Increased amounts of purified ResD, Fnr, and ResE were spotted onto nitrocellulose membranes and incubated with biotinylated ResD, as indicated in Materials and Methods. ResD binding to proteins was detected using the streptavidin-HRP complex and visualized by chemiluminescence, with BSA used as negative control.
