TLE3 and TLE4 are present in B-cell lines to act as corepressors. (A) RNA from a panel of LCL and BL cell lines was used for RT-PCR assays for the presence of TLE1 to -4 and GAPDH RNA. Products were fractionated on a 1% agarose gel stained with ethidium bromide.
