Subgenomic HCV RNA kinetics during IFN-α treatment is biphasic and dose dependent. HCV replicon cells were incubated with various concentrations of IFN-α and harvested from triplicate wells at the indicated time points. Detailed quantification analysis is provided in Table 1.
