COX-2
Low	0: no staining
	1: very weak diffuse cytoplasmic staining
High	2: moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic staining in 10%–50% of cells
	3: strong intensity in >50% of cells
HuR	Nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was scored separately as positive (high) or negative (low) in epithelial cells
C/EBP-β	Nuclear staining >25% of epithelial cells
