Lysates from the indicated cell lines (see Fig. S6 in the supplemental material) were analyzed by Western blotting with an antibody against the cytoplasmic domain of HER2. The Western blots were quantified, and the results were normalized to the level in the HER2 clone. The averages of five independent determinations ± standard deviations are shown.
