Clones were induced at 65 ± 2 h AEL by mitotic recombination. dMyc protein was analyzed in dco3/ck1ɛ mutant clones (GFP negative) and compared to levels observed in sibling clones (marked with GFP₂). A higher magnification of the area (on the right) shows an increase in dMyc protein level in dco3/ck1ɛ clones (marked with a white line). (B) Flp-out clones in the wing imaginal discs expressing UAS-RNAi-ck1α were induced at 52 ± 2 h AEL.
