Pri-miRNAs accumulate upon coexpression of NF90 and NF45. RNAs isolated from 293T cells transfected with the indicated expression plasmids were analyzed for expression of pri-miRNAs by qRT-PCR with specific primers for (A) pri-let-7a-1, (B) pri-miR-15a∼16-1, (C) pri-miR-21, or (D) β-actin. β-Actin was used as an internal control and for normalization of the data.
