The upper part of the “Before indentation” curve in C shows the regular pattern of the capsomeres. (D and E) Zoom-in on the central parts of respectively (A and B), with additional numbering of capsomeres. After indentation (E), the hexons with the numbers 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17, and 18 were displaced.
