Macroscopic photograph. There are multiple pigmentary bone-spickling lesions (black arrows) in the equator and peripheral retina of both eyes (R, Right eye; L, Left eye). Multiple medium- to large-sized focal depigmentary cobblestone lesions (white arrows) are also observed in the periphery.
