Cisplatin induced downregulation of p70S6K in lung cancer cells. H69 (a) and A549 (b) cells were treated with indicated concentrations of cisplatin for 48 h and 24 h, respectively. Western blot analysis was performed with total cellular extracts using indicated antibodies. GAPDH was used as a loading control. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
