1H chemical shifts (ppm from TMS) are from 1D 1H spectra with a digital resolution of 0.2 Hz per point. Coupling constants (JH,H, Hz) were measured from the 31P-decoupled 1H NMR spectra. 13C chemical shifts (ppm from TMS) were estimated from the 2D HMQC spectra.
