Effect of CT on mRNA expression levels of 12 genes in LLC-PK1 cells. Cells were incubated with 10-8 M CT for the indicated times. The mRNA levels were evaluated by Northern blot hybridization. In order to control for equal loading of the gels, the expression of each gene was normalized to the levels of 18s rRNA.
