Pie charts indicate relative numbers of each type of junction from wild-type and nbs1/nbsSM9 larvae. Numbers in each slice are actual numbers of the corresponding class. The differences between wild-type and nbs mutant are significantly different only for the 1–5 bp microhomology class (two-tailed P=0.012 by Fisher’s exact test). Data for wild-type are from Adams et al. [48]. Junction sequences are listed in Supplemental Table S1.
