Effect of tunicamycin on mAb recognition of TSHR on the cell surface. CHO cells stably expressing the wild-type TSHR were incubated for up to 3 d in medium supplemented with 5 μg/ml tunicamycin. Medium was replaced each day. Intact cells were then subjected to flow cytometry using mAb CS-17 and 2C11.
