A, In the pancreas of HSP27TG mice, there was a 6.5-fold increment in native HSP25 and a 6.0-fold increment in the HSP27 transgene. B, Quantified by relative RT-PCR, pancreatic mRNA levels for HSP25 corrected for ribosomal 18S mRNA in the WT and HSP27TG mice were similar.
