(A, B) Hepatic mRNA levels of TNFα, MCP-1, RANTES, MIP-1β, IL-1β and IL-6 (A) and CD68 (B) were measured in WT (n=5) and CCR2-/- (n=5) 5 days after BDL by qPCR. (C) Macrophage infiltration was determined by immunohistochemistry for F4/80 21 days after BDL. (D) 4-hydoxy-nonenal was detected by immunohistochemistry.
