RBL-mFPR1 and RBL cells were serum starved for four hours and stimulated with fMLF (A), fMIVIL (B), and fMIFL (C) at indicated concentrations. After various time intervals, cells were harvested and the phosphorylated ERK1/2 were determined by Western Blotting using an anti-phospho-ERK Ab. Equal loading of the proteins was determined with an anti-ERK1/2 Ab. Data shown are representative of two independent experiments.
