D, diltiazem significantly (***P < 0.05; one-way ANOVA) reduced peak F/F₀ from 1.77 ± 0.02 (n= 3 cells) to 1.30 ± 0.01 (n= 3 cells), but there were no further changes following introduction of FPL, which left a peak F/F₀ of 1.31 ± 0.01 (n= 4 cells).
