Subcellular localization of ALADIN. (A) HeLa cell lysates were fractionated, and proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE. ALADIN was detected by CNE19 antibody. (B) ALADIN was co-fractionated with the nucleus and the nuclear membrane. Markers for subcellular fractions were EEA-1 (a peripheral membrane protein present in cytosol), PARP (a nuclear protein), Lamin A (a nuclear membrane protein) and mAb414 (NPC, nuclear pore complex).
