Aneuploidy caused by excess of MYC activity. To activate MYC conditionally, NHF or NHF-E6 with MYCER were not treated or treated with E2 (1 μM) for 2 days. In each panel, the percentage of aneuploid metaphase spreads with >50 chromosomes is indicated. The histograms reflect the percentage of metaphases found to have a particular number of chromosomes.
