Effects of PI3Kact/Adeno-X virus infection on CAIX expression in MCF-7, Saos-2, and MCH603 cells. MCF-7 breast cancer (A), Saos-2 osteosarcoma (B) and MCH603 (C) cell lines were infected with the virus at the indicated multiplicity of infection (MOI) and incubated for 48 h under the indicated experimental conditions. Protein samples were harvested and probed with pAkt, CAIX and β-actin antibodies. Empty adenovirus vector (Ad-X) was used as control.
