Whole mount embryos at 9.5dpc (A), 10.5dpc (B) and 11.5dpc (CDE) were hybridized with Mustn1 antisense riboprobes. 9.5dpc embryos stain broadly for Mustn1 throughout mesodermal tissues, while those at 10.5dpc and 11.5dpc embryos show distinct staining in fore and hind limbs (black and white arrows, respectively), branchial arches (green arrows), frontonasal process (yellow arrows), somites (white arrowheads), lens (red arrow) and posterior tail bud (blue arrow).
