Phenotypical characterizations of hMSC subpopulations using multicolour immunofluorescence. Indirect simultaneous multicolour immunofluorescence was performed for surface markers CD105, CD90 and CD73, visualized with the fluorochromes Alexa Fluor488, AMCA and Rhodamine Red-X, respectively. The first three columns show corresponding single colour channels, and the last column represents a digital overlay of three fluorochromes and includes the morphometric measurements area and maximum diameter of the presented cells.
